[NXNA] My Ticket to Nexon: Season 2 – Update: 5/20

‘My Ticket to Nexon’, the series of posts in which I show how unacceptable Nexon’s customer service is through my own logged tickets, is back for Season 2. To read the story behind the ticket, click here.

I’m happy to say that I’ve gotten a response from Nexon regarding my ticket. It’s not a resolution to issue but it’s a message that something is being done. Therefore, I’m calling this Season  of ‘My Ticket to Nexon’ to a close. Since this is still a simple issue to deal with, if it takes them too long to resolve it, then i’ll start this season again. I’m disappointed with the grammar in the reply though, but that’s okay.

[DFO] Massive Update To Hit DFO

Dungeon Fighter Online (Arad Senki in Japan, Dungeon & Fighter in other Asian regions) has already made a name of itself globally as it has risen to be one of the most popular online games in the world with over 200 million registered users. It also held the world record for number of concurrent users until recently, at 2.2 million. The North American service of the game will update to Act X: Rebirth this June, and its huge. Only the first content preview has been revealed so far with more previews coming on May 24, June 1 and June 15.

[GMS] June 15 Chaos Release Prediction Shattered…

…but, on the bright side, WE HAVE A DATE CONFIRMATION.

I had originally predicted that the Chaos update would land in GlobalMS on June 15. This prediction has already been proved very wrong, as Nexon is disabling the creation of Dual Blades, Arans and Evans from May 26 to June 29. But, they say, on June 29 these classes will be back and better than ever! That means that the first Chaos update is coming on Wednesday, June 29, 2011.
