[NXEU] [CSO] Nexon Europe Takes Counter-Strike Online To Turkey
That’s right! Nexon Europe is launching yet another multiplayer online first-person shooter, this time only in Turkey. It’s Counter-Strike Online and it is currently in its closed beta in the region.
Counter-Strike Online is a free-to-play first-person shooter developed by Nexon in cooperation with game license holder Valve and launched in Korea in 2008. The game is aimed towards the Asian market. The game is currently serviced in Korea (Nexon), Japan (Nexon), China (Tiancity), Taiwan and Hong Kong (Gamania), Singapore and Malaysia (IAHGames), Indonesia (Megaxus), Thailand (PlayFPS) and is preparing for a launch in Turkey (Nexon).
A sequel was announced in 2012 and is currently in its beta phases in Korea.
CSO joins Combat Arms and War Rock in the list of MOFPSs published by Nexon Europe. A fourth FPS, Shadow Company, is scheduled for launch in 2013.

First time seeing CSO being published outside Asia.
Well technically Turkey is a part of Asia. It’s in the same boat as Russia in that it falls in two continents as a nation.
I thought that Turkey is part of the Middle East continent. Thanks for telling me.
The Middle East isn’t a continent. It’s just a region which encompasses some countries in South Western Asia, South Eastern Europe and North Eastern Africa. Turkey is in the Middle East.
