[NF2] [NXEU] Nexon Europe Will Begin Applications For Navy Field 2 Testing On January 16

Nexon Europe, the European publishing arm of Nexon Co. Ltd., will launch the registration website for its upcoming naval  combat MMO on January 16, 2013. Registration for the public evaluation test will also open on that date.

“For the launch of NavyField 2, we decided to go back to basics with what a beta test really should be: An evaluation test of a new game instead of simply a marketing tool”, says Holger Zimmermann, Director of Operations at Nexon Europe. “The invitations to this testing period will be exclusive and limited. Since NavyField 2 is not a game that already has an extensive service history in other territories, we require our players to give constructive feedback that will really make a difference in the game’s final polishing before launch as well as test the technical aspects of the service. This is why we rather call it a Public Evaluation Test.”

The game will be available only to a select few early on but everyone can keep posted on the Navy Field 2 Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Navyfield2Europe) for regular updates. Throughout the testing phase, new users will regularly be invited to join in.

Navy Field 2 is also expected to be launched in North America in 2013. Shadow Company will be released in North America and Europe in 2013. Project NT is to be launched in North America, Europe, South Korea and Japan by Nexon in the foreseeable future.
