[NX/Gh] Nexon Begins Restructuring of GameHi

It was just a few months ago that Nexon successfully acquired GameHi. People have been wondering if any changes would be made and if those changes would be good or bad. The first set of changes are here and so far the changes have been terrible.

Nexon has announced that over the next few months over 25% of GameHi’s staff or approximately 100 people will be sent home. Nexon stressed that this layoff only happened after careful planning of finances and resources which will help GameHi’s long-term growth. GameHi’s internal development team structure will also be changed. Two games that were in development at GameHi, Transpree and Spring, have been canceled permanently.

It has been announced that Sudden Attack 2 and Dekaron 2 are currently in development. More news is expected to be released at GameHi’s shareholder meeting later this month.
